Returns

Handmade Items

As handmade items are unique and made to order, returns are not accepted. In the case of a product defect or incorrect item we will replace the item as it was ordered at no charge. Photos of the issue may be required, which can be sent to customerservice@lealaa.com.

All Other Products

We only accept returns postmarked within 14 days from the purchase date. Items returned must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and sale items.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Please contact us at customerservice@lealaa.com for more information regarding returns.

All returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
